Estate Opulence

photoDo you love the magic of Downton Abbey, perhaps imagine the Vanderbilt’s View from Diana, or maybe F.Scott Fitzgerald sitting in the great hall of the Grove Park Inn?  Asheville’s amazing venues dress up quite nice with a layers of opulence from our inventory of candelabras, crystal, lace, linens and fine vintage china. We also travel outside of town to many exquisite venues upon request. The details and possibilities are overflowing!

We had a magical day at this Laughing Frog Sanctuary Wedding with Two Sweet Sparrows Wedding & Event Planning. A delightful  formal 5 course meal served up by chef Mark Rosenstein on our beautiful china. Crystal was a stunning bride with a lovely vision of an intimate wedding in a grand space. How fortunate to witness the day and see Crystal and Dan surrounded by love. (photos by Two Ring Studios)

photo 4Did we mention- we love details! Just look at this Swedish silver-plate flatware rest shaped like a dog! We also carry salt cellars, fine crystal glassware and other accoutrements for head tables, or intimate gatherings. We always suggest giving a little extra layer of lusciousness to your sweetheart table or special guest seating.

DOWNTON ABBEY GOES TO THE BILTMORE WALLED GARDEN…

Clary and Chase’s Downton Abbey vision came to life in the garden. We loved working with the Biltmore and Weddings by Tara to bring UpStyled’s Vintage China to the Biltmore.

Chandeliers from a Classic Event clear tent kept the gorgeous views in full site. And the green conscious couple used the natural beauty of the garden and beautiful patterns of our vintage china to provide the color for the tables. Please check out photographer Katy Cook’s blog  to see more of this Biltmore Estate Wedding.

HOMEWOOD TABLES SET WITH LOVE AND CHINA…

Anna started her wedding plans with our free consulataion at the Princess Anne Hotel and we had a wonderful afternoon staging our vintage china for her and her mother. When a bride sends photos of her favorites, we create a mix for the tables that reflect her individual style and needs. When the bride and groom found the Homewood for their venue we knew the look would be wonderful.
